REGISTRATION

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:

• completed registration form
• bank draft of deposit of 250 EUR (100 EUR for the group fee,150 EUR for accomodation)

registration before April 1.: 490 EUR
registration before Juni 1.: 550 EUR

ACCOMMODATION

Seminar house " Edem ": www.edem.skyth.ru - room reservation according to availability: limited number of rooms:

• The whole price for 10 days of staying and food for one person in " Edem " :

Refund

Refund of group-fee deposit in case of cancellation of booking :

• before Febr.1 is 100 EUR
• between Febr.1 and April,1 - 50 EUR
• no refund after April,1.

REFUND of accommodation deposit of 150 EUR only possible before Febr. 1; after this date only, if you present another participant.

TRAVEL- INFORMATION

Flight to Barnaul via Moscow or direct flight from Frankfurt (ticket fee appr. 600-700 EUR) Pick-up service in Barnaul. It is possible to stay in Barnaul for some days. Please ask for hotel reservation.

Round-trip Barnaul-Altai (Telezkoje Lake) costs 70-80 EUR. The trip takes about 5 hrs. by bus.

VISA

Please make sure you apply for a visa with your nearest consulat well in advance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We advice to plan your arrival min 2-3 days before the beginning of the camp. The time difference to MEZ is 5 hrs. The seminar-house " Edem " offers extra-service like sauna, bonfire and excursion with additional charge. There is also the possibility to extend your stay to 7-15 days to get to know the extraordinary landscapes of Altai. These excursions are organized in groups of 10-20 people and can be booked additionally. Please ask for more information. For guests safety the territory of the guest house "Edem" is annually treated against mites. Nevertherless we recommend you to be inoculated against tick-borne encephalitis in advance, as we will leave the territory of the camp.
